Welcome to the thirteenth annual Namken Red Angus Production Sale! What exciting times we have in the cattle industry. All classes of cattle are currently trading at record prices. With this in mind it is may be the time to trade in that old bull or purchase the higher performing one. Now would not be the time to sacrifice calf performance using a heifer bull on your mature cow herd. This year’s offering is quite exciting! We have plenty of performance bulls suitable to use on cows and a good offering of low birthweight bulls suitable to use on heifers. This is by far the most black red carrier bulls we have ever offered. If you don’t mind a few black calves out of your red cows, don’t miss this group. If you don’t understand how the heterozygous red gene works, please don’t be afraid to ask. We implement the black genetics to bring outcross blood into the genepool. Therefore, these bulls bring a refreshing pedigree to accent so many bloodlines in the breed. Our number one focus is always the cow. Our second focus is cattle that will grow when they get on feed. How many seedstock suppliers run a commercial herd and finish out all their steers and non-replacement heifers with resources grown on their place? We understand all the segments of the industry. • Supplement sheet with sale order, ultrasound data and scrotal measurements available sale day. 
• SEMEN TEST Every bull will pass a semen test before it leaves. Bulls will be tested AFTER the sale. 
• SEMEN INTEREST Namken Red Angus will retain a 1/3 in herd semen interest in every bull in the sale. Buyer is buying 2/3 semen interest, full possession and salvage value. 
• DELIVERY Delivery on bulls will start around April 1, after they have passed a semen test. Bulls will be delivered the first 400 miles for free. 
• Heifers are buyers responsibility to be picked up. 
• VOLUME DISCOUNT We will give a 10% discount on the 10th bull purchased from Namken Red Angus over any period of time. This allows even the smallest buyers to receive volume discounts! For your convenience, Namken Red Angus will keep track of your number of purchases. 
• TERMS The terms of the sale are cash and the right of property shall not pass until after the settlement is made. All settlements must be made immediately following conclusion of the sale as no cattle will be released until settlement has been made. CONDITIONS All cattle sell according to the suggested Terms and Conditions of the Red Angus Association of America. 
• PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes purchaser’s risk as soon as the auctioneer says sold. 
• ANNOUNCEMENTS Any announcements or changes stated from the auction block will take precedence over any printed material. We are human and do make mistakes however, we will correct them to the best of our ability. 
• LIABILITY Neither owners, sale managers, auctioneer, clerks nor anyone connected with this sale in any way assumes responsibility, legal or otherwise, for damages of any kind.
